Do I need a website?
Yes, if you have a business, you should have a website. Period. No question. Without a doubt. It can be used as an inexpensive marketing tool and you're able to inform your customers 24/7 what is happening with your business.
It's not enough that you just have a website. You must have a professional-looking site if you want to be taken seriously. Since many consumers now search for information online prior to making a purchase or hiring a company, your site may be the first chance you have at making a good impression with that potential buyer.

What do I need to get started?
An idea of what you want to accomplish and the content you want to include on your website. The key to a successful website is conveying to your customer what your business is all about. Think about what text, pictures, layout and overall feel you would like. We will help you bring it all together.
How long will it take to build my website?
The length of time it takes is dependent on our client and the complexity of the website. Most Basic websites can be completed within 2 - 3 weeks of the consultation. During the initial correspondence, a proposed time frame can be provided.
Do you use templates or will my website be unique?
We strive to bring a unique touch to your website. Although we don't currently have a stock of templates, we can copy or build your site to replicate a template you've seen. We will try to accommodate any ideas you may have.
Can I use my own text and images?
Yes, of course. We encourage it! Any pictures, text, logos, etc. that you may provide are certainly helpful and speed up the design process. It's always a good idea to plan ahead and have the content you want to add ready.
Can you build a site like one I've seen?
Yes, we can try and replicate a website or template that you may have seen and tailor it to your specific vision and needs.
What kind of content can I include?
Your content can be anything you want. Would you like a photo gallery and slideshow? Audio and/or Video? Calendar of events? The ideas are only limited by your imagination. (Content of illegal or pornographic nature are excluded). Keep in mind that more complex requests can extend the build time or require additional costs. Note: we are not currently offering online shopping carts/sites at this time.
Will my site be mobile friendly?
Yes, your website will be mobile friendly. What this means is your site will be viewable on desktops as well as mobile phones and tablets. All of our sites are built this way and included in your cost.
Do I have a choice in web hosting?
Yes, you can use any web hosting service of your choice. If you need assistance in setting everything up, we can help. Once the site is completed, we will upload your site to your web host and get everything up and running.
How long does it take to get listed with the search engines?
Well...that depends. There is no exact time frame. When the site is completed, we will submit your completed site to the search engines and help in getting your business listings active. The typical time is anytime within the first 4 weeks of launch, but each search engine is different. Be wary of companies that promise you front page of Google!
Are there any recurring costs?
Yes. The web hosting, annual domain name registration and any other premium services you choose will require on-going fees usually paid on an annual schedule.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit of 33% is required at the beginning of the project and the remaining 67% at the completion of the project prior to going live with the website.
What about changes or updates to my site?
After completion and going live with your site, we will correct any errors and make changes free for the first 30 days. If you require more updates or changes, please ask us about our Maintenance Packages.
